The main image on the frontpage of our website is of St. Michael's Mount, which is about 15 minutes away by car.

St. Michael's Mount is perhaps the most iconic landmark in West Cornwall.  The mount is cut off from the main land at high tide.  However, low tide reveals a magical causeway.  Don't worry, there's a small boat shuttle service to rescue those who fail to leave the mount before high tide.

St. Micheal's Mount is now maintained by the National Trust.
